Scope
4K Monitor organizes magnet indexes from the public web and does not store media files. This process covers index information and links shown on this site.
Notices are handled under the notice-and-takedown rules of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the PRC Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information.
What to Include
Name, postal address, phone number, and email of the rights holder or its authorized agent.
The title of the work, with proof of ownership or authorization.
The full URL of each page on this site, one per resource or work, so the entry can be located exactly.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized and that the notice is accurate, with a physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send
Email [email protected] with "Copyright Notice" in the subject. Chinese or English is fine.
Handling
Complete notices are usually reviewed and handled within 5 business days. If a notice is incomplete, we reply with what is missing.
After review the entry is removed, its resource page returns 451 (Unavailable For Legal Reasons), and the resource is not indexed again.
Counter-Notice
If you believe an entry was removed by mistake, send the URL of the removed page, the reason, and your contact details. We restore it after review when appropriate.
Knowingly false notices may carry legal liability. Other feedback, such as incorrect page information, can go to the same address.
